Joomla Templates - Module positions help needed ASAP

Once I have gone beyond the Home page and its' page builder, Shouldn't I be able to use ALL of the module positions?

I mean, I'm still in the directory component but so far it seems that sp pagebuilder is only used on the Home page.

But I can't seem to use Positions 1 through 8, or user 1 through 4 or...
Actually It would be easier to list the positions I CAN use:
Bottom 1 - 4
Breadcrumbs
feature
left
offcanvas and right WHAT GIVES!!!!

I'd LOVE to figure out that it's just ME!!
Can I get an assist form someone that KNOWS.

Hi,

You can use any of the positions that exists on template layout on edit template screen.
Please make sure that the modules are enabled and there is a content generated by the module.
You can set show title to yes on module to see that the module is loading.

All the used template positions are displayed on the Layout tab when editing the template in the backend. Is this the information you are looking for ?
