I was expecting the front page to be all modules but it seems it isn't.

Where do I alter

The header image

and

You Create
We Publish
You are found

How do I get rid of the video and J-BusinessDirectory at the side of it

To change the details you mentioned please reffer to the user manual as directed below: 

1.  header image - chapter 4.1 

2. You Create, We Publish , You are found sections - chapter 4.4

3. get rid of the video and J-BusinessDirectory at the side of it - chapter 4.6

But I now have another question, I have obviously already done it but cannot remember how I did it.

How do I alter the text abouve the search box

"Looking for a Dog Walker"

and 

"use search below to find one in your area"

Just been trying to alter it for 3 hours but cannot find it
