1) how can I make an ad featured?

2) there are some cities that are remaining after I deleted the ads. how can I clear the cities in the search bar and or add more cities?

3) and where do I go to change image in image header?

4) where can I change the "lets get started" text on main page?

1) how can I make an ad featured?

You can promote an from the backend in the Manage Ads section. 

2) there are some cities that are remaining after I deleted the ads. how can I clear the cities in the search bar and or add more cities?

Right now cities are picked up from the ads created. We'll be changing this for future releases. 

3) and where do I go to change image in image header?

The image for the header is set in the SPPage Builder Page. You can find detailed instructions in the template manual on chapter 4.2

4) where can I change the "lets get started" text on main page?  

You can change this in the language file. All texts are to be found there. 

Ok thank you the feature button wasnt showing up I ha to refresh the page a few times then its shows up also same as the attributes in the editng section sometimes they wont show unless I refresh the page a few times? is there a reason?

You're welcome. 

It might be that the attributes still load when you refresh the page. Does this occur when you're editing an ad?
