J-BusinessDirectory - tooltip

I have waited for support all day for this, but I believe they are now closed and won't be seen till monday at the earliest, so i thought I would post here.

The tooltips (as i call them) appear for less than a second and then disappear. Specifically, I am talking about just one example.

If you message a business, after you submit it pops up across the top of the page to indicate the message has been sent or something similar, but it just flashes up and doesnt stay on the screen. It should do as it used to but support made some changes to my site yesterday and since then, something isnt right.

The same is across the whole site, another example is when a new business registers, and after verfication, it tells you something like an admin will confirm the account and will let you know...... it shows for less than a second. My site is unusable until this has been resolved.

Does anyone have any tips that will help me to resolve this please?
