J-BusinessDirectory - Server error when adding a business

So I have seen this before a few years ago but am unable to remember why and how to resolve it.

So at the end of filling in a business details and click on the button to claim the business, it then threw up this error and I noted in the address bar to help someone identify the error better perhaps - add-your-business?view=managecompanies

When reloading the website, all seems fine but........... I am hoping this is a one off, but imagine when I go "live" I have people complaining that the website broke!!!!! Very embarrassing, so if someone could help identify this problem I would be very grateful please.

Please create a ticket on our store to investigate this. The issue can be caused by multiple reasons.
