J-BusinessDirectory - SEO

Can Someone give a helping hand as to what to do with SEO concerning J-business directory?

For me, All i have is 2 articles in joomla on my site, as I am using 99% of J-business modules and menu items to allow people to navigate around the site using various links via J-business modules and menus.

I see there is a SEO Mechanism option and orginally I thought I would leave it on Joomla, but after some thought, I wonder if Directory would be a better option.

Who has knowledge, who wants to give an opinion on this and best practice for our websites. It does make me wonder though, WHY there is an option in the first place!!!

Anyone with information for this? Is google better using Directory or Joomla option?

Directory is far better than Joomla, if you are not using any SEF extensions.
The built-in SEO mechanism offers you better URLs. The Joomla option should be used when there are some restrictions or when you are using another 3rd party SEF extension.

I am a little confused that I have to put an ID in as well, which I have done for the search page. Is that correct or would you recommend something else?
