J-BusinessDirectory - Search display permanently "Warning: mysql_real_escape_string()"

We use J-BusinessDirectory - Joomla 3.0 version 2.4 and are systematically receiving a Mysql warning when doing the search and the search itself seem to do not work properly.

On some servers the funciton is not supported. We have changed that in the newest version.

We have requested last week for ftp access but we have not received any response (the credentials that you sent are not working).
