Has anyone experienced issues with the PayPal process not working or payments not being recognised by the JBD extension?

 

This hasn’t worked for me, and for months now, I’ve been trying to resolve it through support but have had no success.

 

Has anyone perhaps encountered the same issue and found a solution?

The support team is checking this shortly.

When the payment IPN request is sent for acknowledging the payment, a 403 error is received.
