Hi!
Does anyone know whatever happened to JBD support?
It's been almost a month and no reply to my ticket reporting an important production issue that is impairing our Customers.
I already escalated it 3 times to no avail...
Hope there's someone home to help.

I'm experiencing the same struggles. I have to wait weeks to get an answer, and most of the time, the response is: "We'll get back to you," but they never do.

It's incredibly frustrating. I would love to use this extension, but I regret buying it based on the lack of support provided. Although I'm close, I'm not yet ready to leave negative reviews, all I want is just a little bit of support.

To CMSJunky: Please take care of your customers. We put our trust in your products; the least we should expect is reasonable support.

I don't think you're out of line, Sen.
I have been using JBD for more than 3 years now with quite good support during that period.
But lately it looks like something has gone wrong - I wonder, are they still in business?
Our over 3,000 Customers are currently facing an issue that simply prevents them from adding new businesses listings or even editing existing ones.
I opened a support ticket about a month ago, which was promptly answered as usual by Julien Strauss. He note that there should be a menu item associated to that particular page. When I told him the menu item was there for years he asked for access credentials and I provided him with it minutes after.
They remain silent since then.
I hope nothing bad has happened to Julien.
I escated the ticket 3 times, but even so no one cared to answer.
I think I will open a topic here to see if someone has already been thru this issue.
