J-BusinessDirectory - How to add a listing?

So, I have installed on a Joomla5 installation and everything went smoothly.

Had a play around with some features, made some changes to get used to how things work. Read the manual to some degree when I got stuck with a couple of bits, but I am now at a complete STOP!!!

Can I just try to understand this by writing this down and see if you agree with me:

A user registers onto the site as a new user, goes through the authentication setup via email and logs in.

Once they have logged in, am I expecting to see a button or an option to create the business/listing?

If so, where is it? If I can't see it, where would I find it to enable me to add it to the front end of the website?

I am quite techy, I understand a lot of things, but for the life of me, why is this so difficult to do? Surely there must be an easy way, if there is...... can someone tell me what I might have missed or is it that obvious, that I have overlooked it?

I could really do with some help and I have waited 24 hours for support but nothing.

Please help if you can.

Ignore me, found it eventually by simply applying a menu item. I re-read the manual and found it. Idiot!!
