J-BusinessDirectory - eating up my mail

i dont understand why are we getting a paid subscription for a free service. Before you there was no charge for the basic, so why is it that basic is now a subscription for a free service. that free service sends and email to me and to the customer, and my emails are being drastically reduced becuase of this. If it is free why do they need an email. they get an email when there business is approved so why are they getting a subscription email that charges 0.00

There is no subscription for the free packages.
